I'm getting random lines on my Fusion 360 drawings, I have had this in the past with Auto Cad and turned Hardware Acceleration off to fix the problem. Any suggestions for Fusion?

Hi,

Is it possible to share the original drawing for me to have a look?

You can click "Info" button at the right bottom of  the drawing thumbnail in the Data Panel, click "Open Details on Web", click "Export" button at the top right of the pop-up web page to export the drawing as "Fusion 360 Archive". You will receive a mail from A360. Please forward that mail to nick.ni@autodesk.

Hi Tom,

This looks like a driver-related issue.  What video card are you using?  Is the driver up to date?  In Fusion if you launch Preferences and (in General) change the Graphics driver to Direct X 11 or 9 does that make a difference?

Thanks,

Chris

Hi @tombaker

Welcome to Fusion 360 community! Smiley Happy

I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue. Does it happen all of your drawings or specific drawing?

Do you mind checking this option "Limit effects to optimize performance" in Graphics Diagnostic? and here is how to check this. please check your graphic driver has the latest version

After checking, could you share the result?  I look forward to your reply

Many thanks

I sent the file to you. This is the first time I have made a drawing with Fusion. I have made them with Inventor and it worked fine. I had this problem with AutoCad , I turned Hardware Acceleration off and it fixed the problem. I have a ATI Radeon 4200 video card and I updated the driver. Thanks

Hi @tombaker

Sorry to hear that.. Smiley Sad

Unfortunately, I couldn't find the option "Disable Hardware Acceleration" in Fusion 360. I reported this to development team(FDWG-6825), if I receive any response from them I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Many thanks,
