Fusion 360 background issue

Hi,

I'm fairly new to Fusion 360 so bear with me.

I have recently downloaded the program on to my computer and for some reason the design area is grey and I can't see any models when I open them.

I have previously used it on my laptop and the background was white and the grid is clearly visible along with any models I opened.

Does anyone know how to correct this please?

You might start by checking your environment settings (bottom of the screen).

can you give us a screen shot of what you see?

i'm have got the same problem.

i know my graphic card is old but with all other 3d cad it works well.

i only need to view the grid, no render or intesive features.

i need to change the backgroud color or remove any other effect.

thanks

Hi,

for me all is fine.

Try th following:

1. reset default layout

2. Preferences > graphic setup  > change some parameter (antialiasing >off)

3. clear data cache

4. contact support
