Can ArcGIS be plugged in Fusion 360? How to use ArcGIS for Fusion360?

There is no plugin for this software in Fusion.  What do you want to do with this software in Fusion? 

I don't know anything about ArcGIS, but if it can export DXF, STEP, IGES, etc, you can import that information into Fusion.  However, be aware:  GIS data tends to be quite large, and if you import 2D data into a Fusion sketch, your performance will likely be pretty bad.  So, be careful with this workflow.
