Fully constrained sketch won't solve

I have a sketch that appears to be fully constrained (all the lines are black) but, after changing a parameter, Fusion can't solve aspects of the sketch.

Oddly, it's complaining about dimensions which are directly derived from the parameters themselves.  Can anyone confirm whether this is a bug or a problem with the sketch itself?

Screencast and file illustrating the problem can be found here:

(Screen-cast will be https://autode.sk/2PBPMJp when it's not longer pending)

I don't believe that's a dangling point.  I added the angle dimension on the bottom and Fusion360 added a construction line to reference off of (though it could have been relative to the axis itself).

In any case, even if I delete that point and the angle constraint, it doesn't remedy the failure to solve.

You still have a white point here. All construction lines need to be full constrained so you need to add a length or fix the end point with a constraint.
