Frequent crashes

Hi,

 

I have since the last update had many "unexpected unrecoverable errors" with Autodesk Fusion 360.

 

Until the last update, I almost never experienced this. But now the software is practivcally unusable.

 

I have sent error reports every time.

 

Can you confirm this bad behaviour please.

Hi,

 

Sorry for your trouble.

 

You are crashing into a few places. One is related to sketches and is already fixed for a coming release.

 

The latest looks like a graphics problem.

 

From your report I see you are using Intel onboard graphics. This is not the most robust graphics device for CAD/CAM workflows. It also shows that you are using DX12 and your Intel graphics driver may be as old as October, 2015.

 

So try these things and see if it helps:

If none of this helps, let us know. One thing that might shorten the time of investigation would be to know any repeatable steps that lead to a crash. If you have a particular model and set of steps that cause a crash let me know, or attach that information here.

Hi,

 

Nathan already did help me out on this. I got my graphics drivers updated and that really helped on speed and stability. Thank you.
