Freeform option

Is there a freeform function similar to solid works freeform tool. I'm trying to push and pull a solid while maintaining symmetry. Thx!

Here you can create a free form body .And If you need a symmetric operations , click on symmetric and chose symmetric about . See the second image . The box has green symmetric line about width .
