Hi,
You've got a lot of problems in your design ...
1- The picture you attached above shows that you have at least 3 main components to assemble, but they are actually one body and not even a components. You need to understand that joints only work for components and not bodies, so you need to create each part separate form the other as a single independent component so that you can assemble them as you like.
2- Why are bodies 5 and 6 separate from body 4? and even if you want them originally for some reason to be separate, then use a rigid joint between them and body 4 so that when you assemble body 4 ( which needs to become a component, also 5 and 6 ) with another component, bodies 5 and 6 will remain attached to body 4.
One final thing to say is that I recommend you to create each component separately on an origin plane, and then position them wherever you want using joints instead of making all these construction planes, which I believe you were using them trying to create the components already in the place where you want them to be, but that's wrong!
