For one document/assembly "Do not capture Design History" is greyed out, so I can't select it.

Everything is in the title. If you could tell me where I should look at, to be able to disable design history for this document. I'll put the F3D file here if needed.

I cannot speak with certainty as to the reason you cannot select "Do not capture Design History" but I believe it is due to the same reason you cannot break the link of any of the linked in files.  That error is shown below.  Cross dependent files I believe is the cause of your issue.  If you open up any of the sub-assembly files or files, you can select the command but not in the top level.

@Le_Bear the option "Do not capture Design History" is greyed out because of the assembly contexts present in the assembly. Break the link of the assembly context to which the Base Statique is referring. Delete the assembly context which is referring to Base Statique. The option is enabled now.
