Folder sync issue

Hi All,

I have been doing some searching though the forums to see if there is an answer to the issue of the project folder and files not syncing/ appearing on the data panel in A360.

I am just  a days into using A360 (having come from Turbocad) and I have to say I'm really impressed with A360. Loving it 🙂

However, when i create a project folder or file, it disappears  in the data panel. If I log into Fusion on the web browser, all my project folders and files are there. If I search for the file in A360 it appears.

Looking through other threads for answers has not helped. Syncing, restarting, clearing data cache - no difference.

Is there an answer to this or is this a pending issue?

Many Thanks

Graeme

Hi @graemegets,

Welcome to the Fusion 360 Community!

I can help you out here! Can you either take a screencast of what you are seeing or a few screenshots? I just want to take a deeper peek at your Data Panel (the panel along the left where you save your data). Are you in offline mode by any chance? If you are, then the files will save to a local cache and will not sync to A360 until you come back online. Also, within Fusion can you please go to the Help menu and then select Diagnostic Log files. This will create a zip file - can you send this to me at james.youmatz@autodesk.com so I can take a deeper peek?

Thanks!
