Flat pattern from a solid object.

Hello all,

My company sells vibration feed scales. We make a lot of custom funnels to fit customers bags. I have attached an example of one the funnels I am trying to make. The funnels are always simple four sided funnels that we weld together after bending up the flats. 

I am looking for a way to get each of the four sides as a flat pattern from a solid model. It is very quick and easy to draw the 3D models(2 extrudes and 1 loft) for these funnels so finding a way flatten out each side would be a great help.

There are too many options, but sounds like

2 Sheet Metal Components, make the Panel with addition of horizontal fillets, 

Flat Pattern is one per component.

That one would need 3 components, both sides are same only mirrored, cut two and bend accordingly.

To Flat Pattern you need the horizontal fillets, 

make the funnel 

split body for the 4 sides,

fillet the bends, 

Sheet Metal component from body? May have to convert a normal component.

Flat Pattern.

Easier to draw it in 2d, 2 rectangles with 2 joining lines per panel.
