Fixture from existing curved part

I have a model of a propeller blade and am trying to make a fixture to hold it for the second operation.  My plan would be to machine the first side, then superglue it into a fixture that matched the surface so I can do Op2.  It was suggested that I use the combine command and this works (at least for things like soft jaws) but I can't figure out how to get this to work for this part.  Essentially, I'm trying to extrude a square block up to the bottom of a curved surface.

I'll attach a f3d file...sorry, it's a mess but should be able to convey the idea.  I'm self taught, and not taught very well, I might add, so Fusion is a challenge for me with anything other than squarish shapes. Thanks!

Sorry for the comical sketch.  I want to extrude the grey base up to the yellow part along the outer edge shown by the red lines.  Hope this makes sense?

You can combine your base plate and the supporting body if you desire.  Model is attached.

Thank you, guys!  Now that I've seen how you did it, I am able to get it to work as well.
