finding a distance (using parameters and constraints?)

I have found a way to effectively do what I wanted, but I'm curious to know if there is an actual way of doing it.

I wanted 4 .75 in holes equidistant to each other and the closest side in the given rectangle. Is there a way to solve for that distance?

Thanks for the reply! It worked! I didn't know the equal constraint could work that way (not to mention I hadn't used it before). The rectangle dimensions are fixed in my case, but your further explanation/exploration will certainly be useful in the future.

ps, that was racking my brain for a while, almost enough to pick up calculus/geometry again 😕
