Fillets don't align on body

You can find in the screenshot that I have the same dimension on two lines that I would believe could create a seamless round. I suppose that it is because of the chamfer of the part, but I would like some help understanding how I can make them aligned. Thank you

apply the fillet first, then the chamfer
