I've created a fillet on a part but I can't figure out how to get the fillet to follow the shape of the part:
I want the area in blue to contain fillet, but instead the fillet just goes straight up.
When I do the other end, it follows the edges of the rib correctly:

I think the best bet for this area is to eliminate it all together and make the large fillet transition take up the area. Model with my suggestion is attached.

Not an expert, but it seems like (in some cases) when a fillet intersects with a curved edge (surface, etc.) it fails to perform like one would expect. My "guess" is the math computations just may not always work as expected, too complex, or ...?
What I have done is change the design some as suggested in another post. Or is the fillet really needed there?
