Please get rid of the auto lock sketch.

It is frustrating to even have a list of sketches that you can't edit.

If you feel there should be an option to lock a sketch let us users make that decision just like we can suppress a tool path if we choose to.

The work flow on this is not intuitive if we need to edit a sketch.

Again please go back to the way it was.

I was able to mass produce many similar models by easily editing sketches and and doing a "Save as" with a new file name.

are you referring to the lock badge on the sketch icon in the browser?  That is not a "lock", and does not prevent editing of sketch.  It indicates that the sketch is fully constrained.

Well unless that was changed recently, I was told to go down to the time line to edit the feature. Because it was not giving an option to edit the sketch earlier.

Hi,

1. it was not changed.
2. in the browser you can right-click> Edit sketch or double-click to enter the edit mode.
3. nevertheless, I must say that the lock icon often gives a wrong impression. I have been using my own symbols for a long time.

@jeff_strater -I have noticed a UI bug that will cause right clicking on a sketch to not show the right menu items.  I haven't been able to reproduce it constantly.  when it happens the sketch will highlight in the browser like it is selected, even after selecting other things (in an attempt to get it un-selected).  when it's stuck in this mode the right-click menu isn't what it's suppose to be (forget whet the options are, but for sure edit sketch isn't available).  the only way I've been able to get it to reset is by clicking the eyeball on and off.  If I can ever figure out how to reproduce it I'll screen cast it.

@laughingcreek - if you can reproduce that, we would certainly be interested in that.  I, personally, have not seen this, but I trust that it does happen.
