Fillet between components, is it possible?

Please see image where (1) a normal Fillet at an edge/corner

Is it possible to create a similar one on (2) but using another component as reference

I am trying to get a bit more contact area for the pillar by the "feet" like the fillet on the top (though its two separate components/Bodies)

it's the same question as here for another product

not with the filet tool. the fillet tool only works on an edge in a single body, not between 2 different bodies. you could sweep a profile instead.

Thank you for the example @g-andresen, it really helps

Wish the fillet tool could do this natively as I have many that needs the exact same thing lol

Hi,

Concave fillet needs a single body!

There's a little trick to it.

Thank you @g-andresen ! I can do this to all my "feet" in a single shot 🙂

Apparently, multiple ways to do the same and need to be a bit creative!!
