fillet behavior on a curve

On a flat curving surface, when I make a fillet the size I need, (in this example, 50mm), it leaves a sharp feature in the fillet.  This feature disapears when I make the fillet large enough.

How do I get a fillet that won't leave a sharp feature, and is the correct size?

Hard to say without the file. My first guess would be the outer circle isn't tangent to the center circle.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

Here's the file.  Still not sure what's causing this.

(didn't expect a quick reply, so, thanks!)

See Attached.

Edit the fillet size and also add to the bottom.

Building the part your way works I guess.   I'll still see cursed fillets in my dreams though, hahaha.

It appears that splines behave differently than arcs:

Yep, that "behavior" has been part of discussions a long time ago!

I consider that a bug, as other CAD systems do not behave this way.
