Hi,
Of course, this is simply a Patch ...
Go to the patch environment and select patch in the create menu, and you will be able to create a patch by selecting a closed profile

That really helped a lot and thanks, but you are missing one little thing ( a curve which is inside)
Oh I see, sorry didn't see that 😛
This effect is actually easy in Fusion but in a different approach, different tools you can say
But mostly if you want to model such a thing, it's a loft, and it will be between 3 lines ( 2 lofts )
It will be helpful if you can share a better picture of the part you are trying to achieve so that I can create a screencast

In that case, perhaps you should have provided the model with your first post so we don't have to make assumptions based on your stamp sized animated gif.
Thanks for sharing the picture, Here is a screencast on how to make it, and as mentioned in the screencast, the wheel place is last thing to make

At 1:10 when you select the rail, instead of selecting the sketch segment, hide the sketch and select an edge of the existing surface. That should then allow you to set the curvature condition to G2. This was a much needed improvement in the last update. It would have been even better if weight for these conditions would have been introduced. Ohh well....one day 😉
Otherwise you'll have a visible discontinuity in the surface.
You could also inspect such blends with the zebra stripe tool and the curvature map.
Thank you very much for your big help! So would I be able to create surface out of this with this technique? or any other advices. Thank you again.
You're right @TrippyLighting
Thanks for the tip

Yes sure, you can use same method, just pay attention to what the profiles and the rails will be and you should be good to go
and as Peter said above, the middle line is used to create both pieces ( 2 lofts ) so when creating the second piece, make sure to select the edge of the first piece created instead of the middle line that was used to create it so that both pieces are connected ( by using the smooth option for the profiles )
Anyway, if you couldn't figure something out, please feel free to share

One more thing
If you want to model a whole car, I recommend you do it in the sculpt environment, it would be much better sometimes
Not that modeling it in the patch environment is wrong, but more tricky I guess
