Fill areas in a sketch

I need to fill areas around the outside of my sketch before extrusion. How can I do this?

Those white dots mean your sketch lines aren't touching there.  If you zoom in on one you will see 2 points instead of 1.  Your not forming a closed boundary, and that's why the out part of the sketch hasn't turned yellow to indicate it's a profile.

You were right. I moved the curves up and down an got no where. I started over on one corner and made sure it was filled, then mirror in both the x and y directions.
