File won't open

I'm sure this is an easy and probably obvious fix. Not sure why I'm not getting this to today.... 🙂 I've gone back into a file I haven't accessed in awhile and it won't open.

Hi Sean,

Thank you for posting and I am sorry to hear about the issue. Could you try the following to see if that makes any differences?

• Switch to offline mode, and open and save the file, and then try opening in online mode
• Sign out from Fusion and sign back in to see if you can open the file
• In the Data Panel, try "Open details on Web" and check if the file exist

Are you the owner of the project or are you working in someone's project? If none of the above works, could you attach the diagnostic log files?
