File won't open

I cleared the cache to un "stick" the upload dialog.

I then tried to reopen my assembly file. 

This error messages display and the file wont open.

What should I do?

You may consider clearing the local user cache. The below link shows how to use this.

Please note this will reset Fusion 360 back to the Factory Defaults and remove any data that is stored locally on your computer. Data that is synced with the A360 Dashboard will be safe.

 

 

Just curious, how long did you let the export/upload process go for. I noticed that this started in the below discussion.

Thanks, I can't back the files up as the file now wont open and the online version is not the most up to date as the upload broke.

 

I left the upload for a few days and was exactly the same.

Please try opening the file. After the file fails to open, select the Diagnostic Log Files command in the Help (?) drop down menu. 

 

E-mail these files to nathan DOT chandler AT autodesk.com and let me know what the name of the design that won't open is. This will hep me to investigate this issue.

 

You may consider opening an older version of the design, by promoting an older version to become the current version. The below link discuss how to do this.
