File Organization

With the recent inclusion of branching features and other tools I'm quite curious to hear about how everyone else organizes their files with the recent changes and if it has enhanced your file organization experience overall.

The reason I ask is because I'm trying to develop an efficient and organized workflow, but seem to be having a lot of trouble organizing my documents via the cloud. Often times when I try and move folders and files around within a project it ends up becoming a cluster (some folders move, others don't, then when I try and re-do the move it'll confirm the move but no respond accordingly). Currently I am organizing things via single projects. For instance:

1. Projects - all my projects are listed in here via folders.
2. Hardware - I keep a repository of hardware that I frequently access such as fasteners and what not.


I believe the way I'm currently organizing my files isn't as efficient as it could be, but I'm hitting a minor road block in regards to how I should do this. Should I really be using the "projects" tab for single projects? I feel like I'll end up with a massive list of projects that I can't effectively sort. Any input would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance!
