File Icon for an imported file?

I have imported a file and it creates a body using an icon I have not seen before.  Can anyone tell me what this icon represents?  What type of body is it?  It is not the same icon for a body I see when using Form/SCULPT or MODEL?

This file is working with the manipulation of MESH recognized through the import of an .STL file You can return to Sculpture mode as follows:
