Feedback requested - highlighting solutions in forum threads

I'm looking to get community feedback on the possibility of highlighting solutions in a thread, similar to what's done on the rest of the Autodesk forums (example here).  Do you think something like this would help ease locating the solution, and as a byproduct, increase adoption of marking a thread as "solved"?  Or, would it just add clutter?  Fire away with feedback!

Here is how it looks on the A360 forums (along with the actual posted solution being marked green in the thread):

@Beyondforce - also very helpful.  Would you mind sharing a snapshot of your connection speeds?

@Beyondforce and @daniel_lyall - curious, do you notice the same kind of lag with other Autodesk forums outside of Fusion?  For example, AutoCAD or Inventor or something like that?

@Beyondforce thanks for that.  At some point would you mind trying to browse around on one of those forums and let me know if you see the same performance issues?  http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/inventor-forum/bd-p/78  and http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/inventor-ideas/idb-p/v1232/tab/most-recent

I was just browsing around and my initial experience is almost the same, especially in the Ideas site it is very noticeable like in Fusion.

But remember, the performance is changing all the time. Right now, it's somewhat ok, but in 5 minutes it can get much worse.

@brianrepp

I see it on all ADSK forums, but like @Beyondforce said it gets worse at times and right now it's not too bad but still slow.

@PhilProcarioJr - thanks for posting that.  In this video it looks like loading the main board is taking upwards of 20 seconds, but loading an individual thread is within a second or so.  Is that accurate?

@brianrepp

Loading the main board for me is always longer then an individual thread, but it also depends on what is in the thread along with how many posts are in the thread.

So if the thread has a lot of links and images in it then it takes longer.

Also posting takes a long time and things like screencast tab and showing my screencast to insert takes a long time.

Surprisingly inserting images doesn't.

All - have you noticed any improvements in speed in the last 12-24 hours?  The vendor made a few changes that are believed to have helped improve performance a bit.

@brianrepp, Unfortunately I don't feel any different. The site is still loading very slowly including the Idea station.

Sorry!

@brianrepp, another thing is, it might be your Database. I have seen it before. You need to make sure that there is not latency between your DB and the Web server!

Still seems as slow as before I thought I'd give it a few days before reporting back.

Here's another problem I get on the Autodesk forums that I don't get anywhere else. Doesn't happen that often lately maybe once or twice a week.

Thanks, everyone.  @HughesTooling i assume this is because the page is taking so long to load it's eventually timing out?

The one I got today came up quite quickly then cleared itself after a few seconds. In the past when it's happened the page\tab would be frozen and needed to be closed. It seems to happen after pressing the back button or clicking the forum from the breadcrumbs, as you can see in the screengrab the page I was on loaded OK.
