Feature no uniform scale question

I hope that screenshot with description of my problem say it all. Is there any work around to solve this?

Thank you so much.

I would rotate the part so that it is vertical or horizontal to the desired direction in which it should be non uniform scaled.

Thank you so much for reply.

Good idea unfortunately it does not work as i think.

I tried rotate part before scale with move command, but scale feature still scalling in original direction even when part is rotated.

Rotating all the sketches that makes this part is not an option.

Iam kind of stuck on this issue. I have no idea how to solve this 🙂

It works at least with a cuboid.

you probably rotated the component instead of the body.  scale operates along the axis of the component origin. if you rotate the component, you are rotating everything in the component including the origin. try setting the move to body when you rotate it.

You are right with body. Scale works perfectly now as you said.
