having issues splitting this body, it was a little tricky making the splitting surface but I think i sorted that however im still struggling to split the body. i have tried multiple methods splitting it different bits separately and it seams like it is the front leading edge surface that is at fault but can not see or figure why.

First step is to correct all warnings and errors - look for yellow and red in the timeline.
Warnings and errors will cause many problems, if ignored - so deal with them immediately, when encountered. Roll back your history marker to the point of error, edit or redo the problematic feature, and only proceed when it is working.
Hi dave many thanks i hadn't spotted that! Its obviously were i used the sweep on the leading edge and it went all the way to the original trailing edge point rather than were the trailing edge has been squared off. Im not sure why i cant project a new out line of the main body to give me a new leading edge to sweep to?
Wow i surprised myself and managed to fix it! all i needed to do was change the main loft to show tangent with edges which allowed me to do the sweep using the lofted edge! so annoyingly simple and wasted so much time trying to figure it out oh well!
