Failed to receive results from cloud storage- Error in Event simulation

I am trying to conduct an impact test using event simulation study in Fusion 360.

After a long simulation run of 10-11 hours, finally the error was "Failed to receive results from cloud storage." despite the successful completion of solving of the component.

There is no action mentioned to be taken.

May I know the exact reason why this has occurred? and how I can resolve it without having to run the analysis again for so long?

Hi vasudev,

most of the times this problem is solved by reclicking the solve-button. It then instantly pulls the already solved simulation from the cloud (I think this action won't cost you any extra cloud credits).

Or you can visit the online viewer and try finding it there...

The other thing to try is to close the file, and then open the file again. The results should appear.
