Failed to generate profile - Curves do not precisely overlap

I read through the post from 2021 and seems to me not what I need, so have started this new topic.

I have an svg that I have placed and am getting a compute error because curves don't precisely overlap. I know that means there are open line segments. I how ever cannot find them. I have searched and understand there is a way to make it show all the points and any white ones means open. But no matter how well I follow the instructions, I cannot get that to work for me.

I have attached the file

Using

Fusion 2.0.21286 arm64 [Native]
macOS 15.3 (24D60) on Mac14,6

Thanks for any advice

you have a ton of curves laid over the top of each other.

sketch lines laid over each other really makes the sketch solver struggle, and in many cases completely fail.  you're going to need to track down why there are so many repeated lines.  as is, this sketch is going to be a nightmare to deal with.

Could you attach the original SVG file?

Ah that makes sense then, the original is a .png that I converted to an svg.  I tried several different ones adobe illustrator and express, Inkscape, and some of the suggested ones from google.

Thanks for giving an actual answer vs the cryptic fusion warning

I have a hard time believing the SVG you attached is the same one you used to create your Fusion sketch.  It is totally wasted out and messed up.  The SVG is on the left and your Fusion sketch is on the right.

Ohh yeah sorry, let me double look.

I do not appear to have it on this computer, meaning it must be on my Alienware at home.  I was doing several projects when I originally created this and my Alienware has more power than this Macbook pro.

Hi,

There are not only duplicate vectors, but a multitude of different, overlapping curves.

I wouldn't even start cleaning them up for personal use.
I would recommend a restart.
