Please find attached the file with the combined body.
It seemed the two bodies were not overlapped, so I had to move the second body 0.001mm into the other, to create a slight overlap in the geometries and allow the combine tool to work.
Before you print this, I would have a look at the internal geometry again, there seems to be a few areas which could cause issues.
