F360 process or workflow to work like "Make Pattern" in MeshMixer?

I'm trying to shed unnecessary weight in an support structure and currently have various options in meshmixer that work to an extent, but I would prefer not to have to export stl, work with MILLIONS of triangles, then import back in and badly convert the part back. At the moment I'm looking at just doing this only in Meshmixer and combining it with the finished model there, but would like to do model this in F360 entirely. Is the anything similar in F360?
