Extruding to match a curved cutout

Hi,

I want to extrude a sketch to match a curved cutout in an object. I have attached a picture for reference. However I am unable to do so.

I am using the To parameter in the extrude function. If I click on match shape it gives me a tool body creation error. If I don't click on match shape, it seems to extrude it but as soon as I accept it, It gives me a zero distance error and removes the extrusion.

I tried to reproduce this and did not have any luck.

Can you provide an Autodesk Screencast video, or a model file?
