I created simple box and extruded it. I then sketched two lines perpendicular to each other as a starting point for what I'm trying to achieve. I'm wanting to extrude the lines into the box, but when I enter the depth, nothing happens. Ultimately, I need to create numerous lines that will be engraved and I'm needing to extrude them .010 deep so that I can create a print. How can this be done?
