extrude to object, multiple faces

this is probably also another simple solution i cant find one.. ive tried and im stuck how can i extrude to object here? extruding circles to object back.

seems like i didnt try everything.. extrude to adjacent faces worked and i got can extrude! 🙂 i should take my time more often
