Extrude tab not loading/visible

Greetings,

I am trying to extrude a body however when I click extrude the tab does not open and I cannot do any complex extrusions or change shape/angle of a body, and can only change lenght, breadth respectively. Kindly advice on how to adress this issue.

instead of the Extrude command:
