extrude from QR code

I have a bunch of QR codes, which I intend to 3D-print using a dual-printhead FDM printer (Ultimaker 5S). For that, I wish to overlay a plate (white) with a model of the QR code (black). The simplest way to achieve that would be to extrude the contours of the QR codes. Is there a way to do that in Fusion? I know that extruding text is extremely easy and works well, but QR codes are something different, I can only import them as graphics files (PNG or similar).

I'm sorry to have to tell you, that doesn't work. you need outer contour lines. greetings mango

Thanks, despite the bad news! What might be the most efficient way to derive a set of contour lines from a QR code. I guess that I can create an SVG from the QR using a python library. Is there a way to convert/import an SVG into a Fusion sketch?

Like this?

Convert png to svg, then import into Fusion 360.

Or this?

Netfabb, also the basic version, comes with a QR generator (part library). Creating you a 3d mesh. Depends what the downstream workflow is.

There is a app in the Autodesk app store for making them.
