Extrude adding extra Face to profile

Hello,

I'm working on redrawing the Prusa P3Steel 2.5 in Fusion 360 to CNC out of aluminum on my shapeko.

When I exrude the profile I'm getting some thin face featuers that appear outside my sketch. you'll notice it in the inner 90 degree angle

Any suggestions to resolve this issue?

That is truly bizarre...  It's a bug.  Just don't know what kind of bug it is...

We'll investigate it.  At the moment, I don't have a workaround, but I'll poke around a bit

The more I look at this, the more I'm convinced that this is just a graphics bug.  I think the body geometry is fine.  We will still look at fixing it, of course, but I think your design geometry is fine.

So it doesn't appear to be anything I'm doing incorrectly? 

I agree it appears like cam handles the sketch correctly and ignores the extra graphical projection.

no, it's not you, it's me.  

Sorry, I couldn't resist that.

but, no, there appears to be nothing wrong with this sketch.  It seems to be that just this one face is generating some bad triangles that show up in the graphics.  From everything that I can tell, the model is OK.  It's reassuring to hear that CAM also agrees.
