External reference error on a mearm f3d file

Hi there, this is my first post here and I'm desperate to get help on this project.

So I need a 3D model of the mearm, specifically the v3 version from Kitronik. I found one on grabcad (https://grabcad.com/library/mearm-version-3-1), however when I try to open it (using the file drop arrow in the main screen) it shows an error message regarding external references.

I searched for this problem in the forum and I found someone with the same problem, it's something about the author posting it as a f3z file: (https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-support/cannot-open-f3d-file-from-grabcad/td-p/8929880).

However the problem was solved without explanation, therefore I don't know how to do it myself.

Anyone able to help with this?

Better off contacting the person on Grab CAD. I think what they've done is download an assembly as an f3z file, opened the f3z in WinZip then copied this file out of the archive, this will not work. You need the original f3z, copying files like this just doesn't work.
