Exporting to .f3d hangs up Fusion

So, today after a while of not doing so, I tried to export some models to .f3d. When I click on export I do not get a save dialog box, Fusion just simply stops working. I can minimize the window and I can exit out of Fusion.

Has the process changed or am I missing something? This has happened on models that were created months ago as well as a model that was created this afternoon.

no! way of exporting f3d file is not changed

1) check you internet connection and see that the internet is fast enough and your cloud too

2)   @DDMFGCOINC still i you didn't get it check you pc or laptop process

3) if you still didn't get it use some other model to check whether it can be exported

@DDMFGCOINC This is normal, exporting to .f3d file for heavy designs may require a lot of computer memory and sometimes causes hanging and sudden end of the task.

Keep saving your work in every 15 min or even earlier, if it hangs wait for a min then open task manager and just end the task, relaunch application and go again to your previous saved work.

Most of the time when fusion hangs up and is relaunched it automatically shows the last saved design option so you can go on that.

I recommend you to not use other software while working on fusion 360.

Don't forget to accept this as a solution,if you like.

This thing is normal in fusion, but also dont forget to update the software. If the software is not updated then this also slows down the fusion.

Fusion updates automatically, so I have no issue with that.

Fusion does not bog this machine down for most of the work that I do here. None of the designs that I was working with are large and there are no performance issues while working with the models. I can save the models online with no problem, it only became a problem when I performed a local export.

All of that being said, this morning it works just fine. So... yeah.

Thanks for the thoughts!
