Exporting STEP Crashing Fusion

I need to export one of my designs to a Step Format for a customer. Fusion continues to crash when exporting(only STEP it seems)

What I have tried:

Export Step (Fusion Crashed)

Save as Different Part Name - Export Step (Fusion Crashed)

Removed Design History Re Save - Export Step (Fusion Crashed)

Export as SAT - Worked

Import SAT - Try to export Step from that file - Fusion Crashed

Is it possible something became broken after the update?

I cannot attach F3D - Proprietary

Have you tried downloading from the online Dashboard?

I ended up merging a few bodies and that seemed to work.
