Exporting .3df file

Hi.
I have a problem with exporting my project to .3df file. I was able to export the file to other formats but I need to export it to this particular extension. When I open export window in fusion there is error which says that fusion does not support exporting projects with referenced components. If so, how can I export the file to this file format, as it is requested by design academy to which I signed up?
I was creating a file to which I imported all the parts and then assembled it. If I was to make a file and all the parts in this one file- would it make any difference?

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

There is a small limitation in Export command - You have to Break Link for all components first. Then it will be possible to Export a design to F3D fromat.

Oh, I was worried I'd have to start everything from scratch. Thank you!
