Exported to cloud f3d component is changed after export

I was trying to export to the cloud a component from an assembly.  When opening the exported component file, the component has different selections in the extrusions in the timeline resulting in an incorrect part.

For example the part thickness changes from 25 to 11.5mm because after export it is selecting different profiles then the original file. It also deletes 5 of the 6 20mm cbores.

This is really annoying since I use this component as the fixture for other designs.  I need to be able to trust exported components will stay true to the original.  Does anyone have any ideas?

It could be the Extra Extrusion you have in the New Table Top component of -13.5 which just happens to be the counter-bore extrusion in the Mill Table which do not exist in the New Table Top.  This is where you thickness is changing.  Your extrusion for the counter-bores was transferred to the complete part surface.

Yes I'm aware of that. My question is why the profile selection changes
when it's exported.

I think this comes down to a profile tracking issue (possible bug)

because you have auto project on active sketch plane turned on in your selections.

you create a number of profiles based on the face you put the sketch on.  if you delete the outer projected profile, then the extrusion feature in your exported part keeps the correct profile.

(this type of automatic projection produces an invisible or near invisible line in the sketch.  you can still select and delete it though)

moving forward, deselecting the auto project function, and manually projecting in what you need for the sketch will help alleviate these types of things.
