Hi,

project the object into a sketch, save it as DXF (right click > save as DXF)and import it into V-Carve to create the desired toolpaths.

1. create a sketch on the top surface

2. CREATE > Project (shortcut P) > select the body

3. finish sketch

4. Browser > rightclick  sketch > save as DXF

Not in front of Fusion right now, but if I recall correctly, don't you need to click on the "bodies" option within the project dialog box, where normally the "entities" option would be selected? Of course that all depends on what you are trying to project. I think some things work fine with either option, but there are cases where that option is necessary.

Hi,

Easier in this case is of course the Entities option (because of the pockets).

Create a new Sketch selecting the face of the Solid Body as the Plane..Screenshot 2022-08-27 143952.jpg

Then type "P" for Project and select the geometry needed and hit "Enter" ...This Geometry (2D) is now in the Sketch and you can Right click in the Tree and Save as .dxf.
