Is there any solution for this .. Cause whenever I see this I am forced to go online and then only Fusion allows me to export the file to a local drive . Is there any solution for exporting the data without getting connected to the internet

It should work like that, it's a bug, when was the last time you went online with fusion

This happened around last friday during one of the training session to our customer's site (after sales support)  - Then I had to go online to export the data into my local drive ... Even that day morning at office I was working online

one of the Fusion staff will have to have a look.

can you post your Diagnostic log file they will need it.

Did you try the usual things restarting fusion, restarting your computer, clearing the user cache so on.

does it do it right now if you try to do it of line.

HEy daniel ,

I did try the usual things like restarting Fusion several times but that didn't solve the problem .. The problem was solved only when I was connected to the internet ..

Also where can I find the diagnostic file

Hey daniel I found from where to get the diagnostic log file .... Right now I am not getting that problem ..

Do you want me to get the diagnostic log file when I face that problem or shall i generate a diagnostic file now ?

Yer post it, it may still have the data in it.

When it happens again start a new thread and post and say what you did as much detail you can.

It could've been something to do with the big crash as well.

Thanks for posting the log files.

Can you help to clarify the steps you are using to reproduce the issue?

  • Are you working offline when this issue happens?
  • What type of file are you exporting?
  • Is it a design with X-Refs or a drawing? What file format
  • Are you using the Export command from the File menu?
  • Did you sign into Fusion 360 without going online at the customer site?

In your log files, I'm noting lots of network connection issues.

I'm wondering if the certificate issue in this thread may be a related issue.

There is a list of domains and ports that Fusion 360 requires to be open in order to operate normally.

I hope this helps and I look forward to your reply. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
