Expanding a line circular?

Would like to get a circle to extrude centered on these six lines or spokes.  Need to create and manipulate cylinders radiating out from the side of this cylinder...

1. Assuming the Origin is at the center - create a circle on one of the planes going through the origin and then Extrude.

Pattern the Extruded cylinder.

2. Another option would be to sketch a Rectangle and Revolve the rectangle.  Then Pattern the revolve cylinder.

File>Export and then zip and Attach your *.f3d file here if you can't figure it out.

(You might not need to zip if the forum has been fixed.)

If the cylinders are not identical, then create a sketch on each line by starting with the 'Plane on Path' command.
