ExactFlat - export at 100%

I have been playing with ExactFlat and it seems to be working well, however when I export and try and print the dxf or pdf it always scales to be much larger than actual size despite the ExactFlat interface showing the correct dimensions.

I am asking here in hopes someone else may have encountered this and can advise.

(realizing of course this is not strictly Fusion 360).

I would check the printer properties to see what its set to. Most PDF programs try to scale a pdf to fit a printer even if the page is already 100%.

If you are talking about Exact Flat Online and you are on the https://efonlinev3.exactflat.com/nanov3/model/load page, I think that you will need to specify the model units when you import the model.
