Event Simulation unable to solve a press fit

Hi I am trying to perform even simulation on two parts made of Cooper and yes both are materials selected from Non linear library. I get the error that Unable to create surface pair

Do you need part 1 (or whatever P1 refers to) to contact itself? If not, suppress the contact entries for part 1 to part 1 and part 2 to part 2.

If some face on part 1 does touch another face on part 1 but the simulation cannot handle it, you could try to split the body into two.
