Hello Everybody,

 

Why is it that now and again some of my posts are getting escalated even without having ever requested an urgent answer?

Hey Ludo - this happens automatically after a certain period of time without receiving any response 🙂

Thanks for the clarification, now this post escalated also... Smiley Very Happy

 

Anyways, I never requested an answer via the "Need Answer" button and kinda keep in touch regularly, so not sure why this happens.

 

Can I ignore the mails I get about the "Case"?

Yep, you can ignore the emails about the cases being created.  For situations where someone truly needs an answer and quickly, it's helpful (both for ADSK and you), but for situations when you dont, it's only useful for the ADSK team - meaning we'll look at the case and make a judgment call as to if it needs immediate action.
