Error when sending to slicer (Simplify3D)

I recently downloaded a slicer, Simplify3D, which is working fine when I open it from the desktop.  But when I try to send something to it from Fusion 360 a window pops up asking if I want to "allow this app from an unknown publisher to make changes to your PC?".  I click yes and an error message pops up and does not allow me to load the file into Simplify3D.  Is this a simple fix or an issue with either Fusion 360 of Simplify3D?  I've been using Cura 15.04.6 which was/is working fine with Fusion 360 but then I was running into issues with the supports not being placed where they needed to be.  I've attached some pictures of the messages.  Thanks

It looks like Fusion 360 is trying to run the Simplify3d installer instead of the program.  Does Simplify3d open properly when you give it the same command line as Fusion 360?
