Error saving a 2D drawing

When I trying to save a 2D drawing created from one or more components I receive the following error.

Warning: Fusion Drawing failed to generate a small thumbnail.
Error: Save of document 82NW - Back Porch Drawing - Roof Framing v0 failed

Aside from this error, I have nothing else to really go on.  Please ask any questions that you need to, and I will be happy to provide the information as needed.

Sorry to hear you are having these issues.  In order for me to start diagnosing it, can you send me, kris.berg@autodesk.com your logs?  To retrieve your logs go to the help (?) menu and select the "Diagnostic Log Files" command.

Hi @rozzautodesk,

I have been investigating your logs.  I am going to need a little more data. 

1. Have you always had issues creating drawings?  If not, do you only have the problem creating drawings from one design?
2. Using a file browser, can you navigate to the directory %TEMP%\Neutron, right click on the directory "FusionFileOutput",  and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) folder.  It will create a file named "FusionFileOutput.zip".  Can you send that to me (kris.berg@autodesk.com)?
