Turn on the lightbulb in the browser.  You will need to find the right one.  see pic below

Yep. I'd call that a workaround of sorts however 😉

I've done this many times and find that message irritating at best as it is entirely unnecessary past a certain experinece level with Fusion 360.

Why does it not turn that component on during sketch editing and then hide it again once the sketch is closed ?

I find these unnecessary interruptions in my workflow really productivity killers.

At some point I'd like to see more options in the preferences panel that allow more experienced users to turn a lot of that stuff off to promote a less interrupted workflow.

I see that these are necessary for folks that are new to Fusion but when one is trying to get stuff done some of these warnings really get in the way.

Perhaps there should also be a differentiuation between a warnig that show up in a tatusline but automatically dissapears into a log window - that can be ealsiely accessible - wihtout any needed user interaction.

The problem that we ran into when trying to automatically "turn on" the container was this:  It's not just the one immediate parent, we need to turn on the whole chain.  Imagine that you have 5 layers of component hierarchy, and the body folder, and then the body itself.  If any one of the components in that chain are invisible, then everything underneath that component will be invisible.  Similarly, if the body container is off, any new bodies will also be invisible.

So, to do this properly, we would need to cache the states of everything in the chain, turn them all "on", and then at some point later, restore them all.  It's certainly possible, and it's not even that complex, but it's not quite as simple as it seems on the surface.  But, in the end, it's just a question of priority.  We have lots to do.  This is on the list, definitely.  We'll get to it.

@jeff_strater thank you again for your in-depth explanation.

Making something complex in nature appear simple and intuive to grasp is really what I am striving for with in my own creations . I understand that that is not easy 😉
